Welty Facility Services Group and environments 4 business Awarded Prestigious LEED® Gold Green Building Certification at the Cleveland Resource Center
Located on Euclid Avenue, the new e4b Cleveland Resource Center is now open for business and announced it has been awarded LEED® Gold established by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The LEED Green Building Rating System is the national benchmark for design, construction and operations of high-performance green buildings. The construction was completed by Welty Facility Services Group (WFSG).
The build out of the e4b office interiors retail space achieved LEED Gold certification by incorporating a variety of other sustainable strategies. By using less energy and water, LEED certified buildings save money for families, businesses and taxpayers; reducing greenhouse gas emissions; and contributing to a healthier environment for residents, workers and the community.
