Project Coordinator is the perfect title for e4b’s Janet Lipp. She works mostly behind the scenes until delivery. She has specialized in coordinating the many aspects of customers’ projects since she entered the furniture business in 1982 and is especially satisfied when she can help clients who are new to the process. Ship dates, construction schedules, delivery, installations – she handles everything calmly because she’s been there before. In fact, with her experience, she oftentimes knows the answer to a customer’s question before it’s asked.
Like all the e4b specialists, Janet is dedicated to providing top-tier customer service and solutions to any unexpected problems, especially delivery issues and product questions. That is why she so values e4b’s relationships with manufacturers AllSteel and Hon, because as she says, “American made means reliability, fast production and faster delivery.”
Her favorite project? “A massive headquarters project that required countless hours of coordination. Four thousand chairs delivered by more than 13 trucks in a tight installation schedule.”
Customers have come to expect expertise when dealing with Janet and she continues to meet those expectations project after project.
“Janet is a very thorough professional. She wears many hats at e4b. She is very good at what she does. She is easy to get along with and has a great personality.” Account Executive, James Reed
“Janet is my other half, and it’s nice to be able to have someone to count on. We work through ideas and processes together to get it done. She is very easy going and a hard worker.” – Project Coordinator, Eileen Baker
