Driven by design, Emily Miltner has thrived in the office furniture industry over the last decade. As Design Director, Emily develops, implements, and manages e4b’s design strategy. She oversees all projects and facilitates the design process that delivers the inspired workspaces that e4b is known for. She specializes in a variety of markets including Corporate, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Public contracts.
Emily is proficient in 20-20 CAP Studio, AutoCad, Visual Impression, Adobe Photoshop, Architectural Drafting, Programming, Field Measuring, Schematic Design, Construction Documents, Specifications and Graphic Design.
Emily has designed office environments for some of Northeast Ohio’s most notable organizations. Her passion is working with non-profits, and she has outfitted spaces for a number of notable charitable organizations in Cleveland. Her personability and patience make her perfect partner to tackle complex projects.
Emily earned her way to the Director’s chair with her 100% success rate of getting tightly scheduled projects to the finish line by the target date. She willingly devotes the upfront hours to solving complex logistics and working through multi-step/multi-partner coordination. She knows how to factor in lead times for different products and manufacturers to get the job done and meet schedules.
